Terms of service

Draft: these terms are being reviewed and may change before launch.

These terms are between you and GrayCylinder784, who makes and sells Gray Legion Tools ("the toolkit"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

The toolkit and your licence

A plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the toolkit, and the add-ons your plan includes, with the one game account named on your account page, for as long as your plan is paid. Lifetime plans don't expire. You may not share, resell, copy, reverse engineer, crack or redistribute the toolkit or your licence.

Rise of Kingdoms

Gray Legion Tools is not made, endorsed or supported by Lilith Games. Automating a game can break its terms of service, and the game's publisher may restrict or ban accounts for it. You use the toolkit at your own risk; we can't promise that any account is safe, and we aren't responsible for actions the game takes against your account.

Payments and renewals

Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your account page and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Updates and availability

We update the toolkit regularly and may change or remove features, especially when the game changes. A game update can stop features working until we release a fix.

Your account

Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing licences.

Liability

The toolkit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
