Cancelling

Cancel a subscription any time from Manage billing on your account page. It won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If the toolkit doesn't work for you, ask for a refund in our Discord within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, and we'll refund it. Renewals and lifetime purchases older than 7 days aren't refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

A refund ends the plan it was for, and the licence stops working with it.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank: a dispute ends your plan while it's open.
