Privacy policy

This page explains what Gray Legion Tools collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Your account: your email address and a scrambled form of your password (we can't read it).
Your game account ID: so your licence works with your game account.
Your purchases: which plan and add-ons you bought and when they renew. Card details go to Stripe; we never see or store them.
When the toolkit checks in: each time it starts, the toolkit asks our website for updates and, near its expiry, for your renewed licence. Those requests carry your IP address, the toolkit's version, and for licence renewal your game account ID and licence.

The toolkit works with the game on your PC. It doesn't send us your game data, characters, chats or play history.

Stripe takes payments and keeps billing records.
Brevo sends our emails (account confirmation, password reset, purchase receipts).
Cloudflare carries traffic to our website.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

We keep your account while it exists. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

You can change your email or password, or ask us to delete your account, by asking in our Discord. Deleting your account ends your licence.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
